This Privacy Policy explains how UP Tourism ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the UP Tourism mobile application (package: com.up.tourism). The app helps users discover tourist destinations, forts, temples, wildlife parks, heritage sites, travel information and other attractions across Uttar Pradesh.

We do not require account registration or collect your name, email address or payment information.
Third-party services may automatically collect device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location (country/region level), app version, crash logs and anonymous usage analytics.

4. Advertising

6. CCPA Rights (California Users)

You may reset or delete your Android Advertising ID through your device settings and manage advertising preferences offered by Google.

We do not maintain personal user accounts. Analytics and crash information are retained by Google according to Google's own retention policies.

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Child Safety Standards (CSAE Policy)
UP Tourism does not permit content promoting child sexual abuse or exploitation. Any discovered abuse involving our services will be investigated and appropriate action taken, including cooperation with legal authorities where required.
